2 eggs, 1 tsp. vamilla, 1 tsp lemon concentrate,
2- (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese,
3/4 C. sugar, 1 package vanilla wafers, 1 can of cherry pie filling.

Line muffin tins with the cupcake papers.
In mixing bowl, blend the 2 eggs with vanilla and lemon flavorings. Add the softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly.

Place the vanilla wafers in the bottom of the cupcake papers (coat vanilla wafers with melted margarine).

Top the vanilla wafers with 1/3 to 1/2 full of the cheese mixture.
Bake @ 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry pie filling. May add cool whip if desired.
