Instant potatoes for the number of servings you require.

Cream Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the instant potatoes as directed on the box in the quantity you need.

For Example: 8 servings of instant potatoes, prepared. Mix in 8 ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream. Place mixture in a greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven until heated through.

I like to serve this with ham balls or meat loaf. If I am having company I can prepare it the day before and bake it on the day it is needed. I also love to serve it with baked beans.
