1/2 c. rice, uncooked
3 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. water
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 c. potatoes, diced
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. celery, finely cut
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil, except the milk, and allow to simmer for 45 minutes. Add milk when ready to serve. Heat almost to boiling and serve immediately.
