1 loaf firm unsliced white bread
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
¼ lb cheddar cheese
½ c butter
2 eggs whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Melt cheese and butter in top of double boiler over hot water until it is rarebit consistency. Remove from heat; fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture until well coated. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Store in plastic bags. When needed, heat at 325º for 8 minutes. Serve warm.
