2 chicken breasts, cubed
3 1/2 c. broth
1/2 onion (saute in broth)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 (4-oz) cans green chili
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
16 oz. tomatoes (optional) OR
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 c. cilantro or parsley

Serve over tortilla chips with shredded cheese on top. Can also include green peppers, green onion, and black olives.
