1 cup parkay
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2¼ flour
1 teaspoon
1 4 ounce box chocolate pudding
1 bag (12 ounces) white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine sugar and butter, beat until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and dry pudding mix, add to butter mixture and blend well. Stir in white chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool lightly before removing from pan. Add nuts if desired.
