1 Tbl. olive oil
1 small onion chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups vegetable or seafood broth
2 14.5 oz. cans Italian style tomatoes
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper or pepper flakes
1 lb. of cod or haddock cut into 1" cubes
1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Heat olive oil in large heavy bottom pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, sauté 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and Cayenne pepper, then bring to a boil. Cover pot and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Add cubed fish and shrimp. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and done. Serve over white rice with garlic cheese biscuits.
