1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. mashed bananas 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. shreddied orange peel blueberries
Cream butter, sugar, and egg. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine mashed bananas, buttermilk, and orange peel. Add alternately with dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 350º for 60-65 minutes.
