2 lbs. hamburger
2 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
olive oil
Italian seasonings, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & celery. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Squeeze ingredients between your clean hands until thoroughly mixed & meat is broken down (this makes a firm ball). Form meat mixture into large balls & fry, slowly in olive oil. Meatballs will be ready when firm (test with fork for firmness & poke for clear juice).
