10 lb. ground beef (not ground chuck, don't want meat that's too lean)
12 eggs
6 c. dried ground bread
2 c. Italian Romano cheese
2 T. garlic powder
1 T. oregano, ground
1 T. basil, ground
1 c. tomato juice
1 large onion - chopped fine
1-2 stalks celery - chopped fine

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into meatballs.

Use large cake pan with water to only cover bottom of pan.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.

When done, let cool a little, then drain water.

Freeze on cookie sheets. Then store in freezer bags.

Add to spaghetti dishes, use for hoagies/sandwiches, or enjoy alone with sauce!
