Round Steak
Salt, Pepper and Flour
Grease (Crisco)
Celery
Onions
Green Pepper
1 (14½ oz.) Can diced tomatoes or tomato sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch with 3 tbsp. water (mix well)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into bite size pieces, salt, pepper and flour. (pound in) Brown meat in small amount of grease. Dice celery, onion and green pepper to fill a cereal bowl. Add can of tomatoes. Cover with water, salt and pepper. Cover and Cook on low 1 to 2 hour.

* To thicken add 2 cornstarch and water mixture to meat and bring to a boil. Serve over rice.
