2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
3 eggs (save 1 egg white for later)
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
mix together on medium speed sugar, butter, and eggs. in another bowl mix flour baking soda and salt. using wooden spoon mix together flour mixture to egg mixture.
Chill dough for a few hours or over night.
Take a small portion of dough and roll out as thin as possible between two sheets of wax paper. cut out with cookie cutters and transfer onto ungreased cookie sheets. use pastry brush to lightly coat with egg white. sprinkle each cookie with cinnamon. top with nut and bake at 350º F for 6 to 8 minutes.
