"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
In Bowl add warmed water, sugar and yeast. Let sit a couple minutes then add remaining ingredients, flour last. Add 2 C flour first and mix, adding remaining flour as needed to form soft dough that doesn't stick after kneeding approx 10 min. ( I use my mixer and dough hook which saves my arms). Let rise for an hour, then pan and rise another hour. Bake at 375º for approx 12-15 min or till buns are nicely browned and sound hollow when tapped.
