Ingredients:  
Potatoes sliced
1 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can milk
1 cup cooked rice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and layer on bottom of greased baking dish. brown hamburger with salt and pepper and onion, then sprinkle over potato layer. Cook 1 C rice and place over hamburger layer. Mix 1 can of tomato soup with 1/2-3/4 can of milk then pour over rice.
Place in oven at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hour depending on size of potatoes slices, they should be tender when pierced with a skewer.
