Ingredients:  
3 C cold mashed potatoes
2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and work together well. Roll out a piece of dough- it should be very thin like a pie crust. Bake on both sides in and electric fry pan(electric griddle) to a light brown. Let cool. Spread jam over the lefse then roll it up. Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
The Lefse can also have a butter spread over it and then sprinkle with granulated sugar then roll up. ( a sweet variation to the jam)
