Ingredients: 2 tins yellow beans 2 tins green beans 2 tins red kidney beans Red Pepper Diced Small Onion rings (slice small onion, separate into rings)
Dressing (Pour over vegetables) marinate for 12 hours
1 1/2 cup white sugar 2 1/3 cup vingegar 2/3 cup salad oil 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper dill weed celery seed

Directions:Drain all beans and rinse
Make up dressing, pour over all the beans and vegetables,
Marinate for 12 hours.
Substitutions:
I have substituted the white sugar for (STEVIA) equivalent to the 1 1/2 cup of sugar I have also used fresh beans and just blanched them I have substituted the red kidney beans, for black beans or chick peas. |

Notes: My mom was pennsylvania dutch, and was an awesome cook! I learned from the best. - This salad was made for special family meals like celebrations at Christmas Eve etc. I enjoy it anytime of the year because it's very healthy with the fresh beans and the substitution of the Stevia.
