2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cooking oil
1¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk and cooking oil and mix.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Heat skillet and spray with no stick cooking spray.
Pour batter onto hot skillet in the shape of teddy bears. Two medium sized circles for head and body and smaller circles for the ears, hands and feet (paws). Pour batter so that the circles are all attached as in picture.
When tops are bubbly and the edges dry, turn the pancake to brown the other side.
Serve with butter and syrup.
