1 c. Bisquick
3 eggs (2 for lighter)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter (1 T for lighter)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pans
2. Mix all other ingredient (except for butter)
3. Cool butter, and slowly incorporate it into other mixture so it does harder back up
4. Pour a light filling into pan
5. Cook until edges are golden brown and then flip
6. Cook another 2-3 min
