3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 tub Cool Whip
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (or any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine crust ingredients. Transfer to PAM sprayed 9X13 baking pan. Press down firmly and evenly to form crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Set aside to cool.

With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. After fully combined, fold in Cool Whip with a spatula. Carefully spread cheesecake mixture over crust. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over cheesecake. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
