4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (find them in bread aisle of grocery store)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups marinara (jarred spaghetti sauce)

Preheat oven to 450º. Put parchment paper on cookie sheet. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Brush chicken breasts with melted butter then dip into breadcrumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray (PAM) and bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place marinara on breasts, top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Serve on cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
