4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1/2 c fresh cilantro or 1/4 c dried cilantro
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes & green onions and put in a mixing bowl. Snip cilantro into bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix gently. Cover & chill until ready to serve.
