6 cups chicken broth
4 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken--more if you prefer it thick and chunky chili
3 or 4 (15-oz) cans Great Northern White beans, drained--more if you prefer thick and chunky chili
2 cups Tomatillo salsa verde--freshly made is really good
2 tsp. ground cumin
Optional toppings: diced organic avocado, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded Jack cheese, chopped green onions, Fat Free sour cream, crumbled tortilla chips
Serves 6-8 in 30 minutes or less

Add chicken broth, shredded chicken, beans, salsa and cumin to a large saucepan, and stir to combine. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 5 minutes.
Serve warm with desired toppings. This is a great chili! I won first prize with this recipe at my Company cooking contest!
