2 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
½ tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp Thyme Fresh or 2 tsp. Dried Thyme
¼ tsp. Dried Marjoram
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 sm. Loaves Italian or French Bread

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl combine garlic and oil, mix well. In another bowl combine parsley, thyme, marjoram and paprika. Add Parmesan, mix well. Cut each loaf crosswise into diagonal slices without cutting through. Brush cut side with garlic oil. Sprinkle herb mixture between slices. Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet.

Bake until heated through at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes
