4 packages dry yeast
1 5 lb. bag flour
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1.5 c. sugar + 1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. cold water
2 c. hot water
2 heaping tbsp. salt

Streusel Topping:
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons oil
mix until crumbly

Garlic Topping:
Combine a few squares of the frozen chopped garlic with olive oil, salt and a little pepper and make it into a paste and spread all over top of challah

Combine 4 packages of dry yeast into 4 cups water (2 cups hot, 2 cups cold)
1 tbsp. sugar
Let this rise for 15 mins


Combine:
1 bag (5lb) flour
1.5 cups sugar (a little less if u don’t like it so sweet)
2 heaping TBS salt

Combine:
4 eggs at room temperature
1 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
knead with hands until dough forms and the dough rise covered for 1 1/2 hours
braid or shape dough and let it rise for another half hour
brush with egg wash
crumble streusel or garlic topping on top
bake at 350º for about 45 minutes
