2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans -- drained
3 small cloves garlic
5 tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain garbanzo beans, reserving 1/4 cup liquid, and set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Drop garlic through food chute with processor running, and process 3 seconds or until minced. Add garbanzo beans, reserved 1/4 cup liquid, and remaining ingredients; process 3 minutes or until smooth.

Serving Ideas : Spoon mixture into a serving bowl and serve with pita chips and / or raw vegetables.
NOTES : Note: For red pepper hummus, add desired amount of jarred roasted red peppers (drained) to the regular batch of hummus in the food processor and process until the red peppers are incorporated.
