2 cups Milk
4 Large Eggs
1/2 Stick Butter
1/3 cup Sugar
2 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat Eggs
2. Mix all ingredients together in a blender or mix with an electric hand mixer in a bowl
3. Let stand overnight or at least one hour before frying in a Swedish pancake pan
4. Use pastry brush to apply butter to pancake wells before each batch
5. Turn each pancake when lightly browned and lightly brown the other side
