Ingredients:  
Crust - prepare as pie crust then set aside some crust for stripes on top cake then after cooled powder sugar top with flower

Crust
1 lb. butter
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
5 to 6 cups flour

Filling
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup rice (cooked)
1 doz. eggs
½ cup citrus fruit
1 grated orange peel
1 bottle orange extract
1 small bottle bourbon
½ cup choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Large spring form pan
Press crust into spring pan
Arrange cake slice to cover
Sprinkle in choc. chips
Pour bourbon over top

Filling next
using mixer beat all ingredients until smooth, pour into crust (very liquid) then add stripes on top of cake crisscrossing strips. When done powder sugar top add flower in center
Bake 350º about 1 hour or longer
