Hot water in pan to Boil - ONLY cover half way

4 large artichokes (6 smaller artichokes for more people)
1 3/4 cups bread crumbs Italian
3/4 cups, plus 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup, plus 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ( sprinkle over top of Artichokes )

Directions:

breadcrumbs, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. add 1/4 cup olive oil and combine until moistened

Bake for 45 minutes
Heat oven to 425 degrees
