3 Cups Flour
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Honey for Glazing

Directions:
Directions:
On a pastry board, place flour
Make a well in flour
Add eggs, oil, sugar and salt

Work to smooth dough adding water drop by drop until pliable
Cut dough into two small balls, and place under a bowl on the flour on counter
Roll one ball very thin
Cut Strips
Roll individual strips to ensure thinness
Shape strips into rosettes using fingers dipped in water and pinch to seal the end of rosettes
Fry in hot olive oil until lightly brown
Drain and cool on a paper towel or brown bag

when cooled Drizzle hot, melted Honey over the Crispelli
