Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley
4 Fresh Garlic Cloves - Chopped
2 Cans Chopped Clams
Clam Juice - save from cans
Oregano
2 Cans Water
Salt & Pepper
Linguine Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of sauce pan with olive oil Peel and chop garlic and Saute' in oil until tender.
Add drained clams and parsley
Saute' again Add the extra Clam juice, water, salt, pepper and oregano
Simmer without actually boiling for 10-15 min.
Cook 1/2 hrs. Serve over Linguine
