Pasta Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients:  
4 small zucchini
3 large cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 T. olive oil
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup ditalini or elbow macaroni, cooked to al dente

Step by Step directions
1. Diced - 3 gloves garlic, 4 Small Zucchini, Small Onion
2. Set a side Bowl - Chopped -Fresh Parsley, 4 Lg. eggs, 1/2 c. Romano Cheese
3. Pan - Saute' until transparent
4. Mix and set aside - Chopped -Fresh Parsley, 4 Lg. eggs, 1/2 c. Romano Cheese
5. Add - Small can tomato sauce
Cook 1/2 hour
6. Cooked Pasta and set aside until eggs are done in pan
7. Add egg mixture to the pan of sauce Note: DO NOT stir egg mix in yet...let it stay on top of red sauce
8. Let egg mixture cook until you see it simmers and cooks ( about 10 mins or so)
9. Add cooked pasta to your mixed sauce
10. After egg it cooked - Slowly stir into sauce
11. Mix pasta all together
12. Sprinkle Romano Cheese on Top and

Directions:
Pour over zucchini (DO NOT STIR). Continue cooking until eggs are set, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta. Serve with extra Romano cheese.
