2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp. salt
4 cups warm water

Melissa's Tip: For 'everything bagel flavor', combine:
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. garlic flakes (dried)
1 tbsp. onion flakes (dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. When the oven reacher that temperature, turn it off. Mix together, yeast, sugar, and water. Put that mixture into warm off oven. In a few minutes the yeast will start to bubble and form a frothy mixture. In the meantime, mix together oil, honey, eggs, and salt. When the yeast is ready add the oil mixture to the yeast. Then take the 5 pound bag of flour and mix it into the wet mixture. It might be easier to do 1/2 the bag of flour and then add the other half. You should form a thick dough which is somewhat sticky.
then let dough rise....braid. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle toppings on. let re-rise and bake at 350 for 30 min- or whenever starts to brown.
