2 avocados. Peeled, pitted and diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine avocados, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Gently toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.

I started making this salad a few months ago when I found the recipe on Facebook. It's so easy and fast and it's very good. Avocados are some of my favorite food, and if you combine them with the rest of the ingredients of the salad,they taste even better. If you are going to eat by yourself and you want to make something fast and easy you should try to make this salad; it is also healthy! And if you are eating with more people, just add more of each ingredient.
