Ingredients: Beef Brisket (see notes section in order to determine how many pounds needed.) Garlic (a few cloves depending on preference.) 1 Large Onion 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (Box comes with 2 dry packs: you only need 1). 1 can Hunt's Tomato Sauce

Directions:Night before coat meat with garlic and salt. Cut large onion and place on bottom of pan. Put fresh beef brisket on top. Add 1/4 c water. Pour one packet of dry onion Lipton soup mix on meat. Pour Hunt's Tomato Sauce all over meat. |
