1 Dozen eggs
Splash of milk
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs into large bowl. Puncture each yolk with a fork. Beat eggs with fork until consistent. Add splash of milk and beat some more. Pour into large skillet over medium-low heat. Immediately add enough cheese to cover eggs. Stir and scrap pan consistently until nearly all moisture is gone.. Enjoy!
