3 eggs
Vegetable oil for frying
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Cod fish

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cod in water and set aside. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour. Then, add the chopped parsley, the cod into pieces, chopped onion, pepper and mix well with a spoon.

HEAT the oil in a skillet. When the oil is hot, add small portions of the cod mixture with the help of a spoon and fry them on both sides until they turn golden brown. When the pataniscas are fried, place them on a dish with absorbent paper.
