Ingredients:
Ingredients:
fresh shrimp in shells with heads removed.
fresh lemon juice enough to at least half cover shrimp.
lemon slices
sweet onion slices
fresh garlic
1 stick of butter
Tony'sİ Seasoning to taste
(Sometimes I mix it up and put a little brown sugar or rosemary - fresh rosemary is best - in them)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a microwaveable bowl with a lid. Microwave on high for 2 minutes then stir. Repeat until all shrimp have turned pink. Be careful not to over cook, it makes the shrimp tough and hard to peel. Peel and enjoy by themselves or with your favorite sauce. Have some French bread to dip in the sauce. Yum!

Personal Notes:
We are so lucky to live so close to the ocean! Our biggest worry every year is that hurricane season hits right after shrimp season. Right after we have put 50 lbs in the freezer! One thing you quickly learn is to have enough coolers to take it with you when you evacuate!! My mother in law made this for us in 1999 when we first moved to Louisiana. They had purchased 50 lbs for their freezer and we went over to help put it up that was the day I learned how to head and peel shrimp and make this simple dish. I've been making it ever since.
