2 c. flour
1¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
⅓ c. corn oil
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg + milk to equal ⅓ c.
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, salt into bowl. Add oil, blend with fork (mixture will be dry). Beat sugar, vanilla, egg and milk mixture. Chill 1 hour. Roll on floured board. Bake at 400º for 9 minutes.
