1 lb. boneless sirloin or top round steak
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups cut up vegetables
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth and soy sauce in a bowl. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir fry until brown and juices evaporate. Push beef to one side of skillet. Add vegetables and garlic and stir fry unitl crisp. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.

You can substitute chicken for the beef. Just use chicken broth. You can use olive oil as a substitute as well.
