10 C flour
1/3 C Baking Powder
1/4 C Suga4
2 TBSP Salt
2 C Shortening

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together well. Cut in shortening and mix until mixture is crumbly. Put in ice cream pail with tight lid and store in a cool dry place for six weeks or store for six months in freezer.

To make biscuits:

Preheat oven to 450º

Measure 1 Cup of mix in large bowl, add 1/4 Cup of milk and stir with fork until dough clings together. Knead 10-12 times on lightly floured surface. Roll or pat to 1" thickness and cut with floured cutter or glass.

Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan immediately.
