1 c butter melted
1 cup butter flavored shortening ( I started just using more butter or using part coconut oil)
1 c brown sugar
3 c sugar
4 eggs
1 T vanilla
6 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 12 oz pkg white choc. chips
3 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
oven 350
cream butter and sugars until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla.
blend dry ingred and mix into sugar mixture. add chips and nuts.
Use med size scoop, ice cream scoop, (2 TBL size) drop onto parchment lined sheets. I usually bake for 15 mins using a jelly roll size sheet, fits about 20 cookies.
