3 cups natural bran
3 cups All Bran cereal
2 cups boiling water
3 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup molasses
4 eggs, beaten

5 cups flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
2 cups raisins, chopped dates or fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.

In large bowl, combine natural bran and All Bran and boiling water to moisten. Let cool for 10 minutes, then stir in buttermilk, sugar, oil, molasses and eggs.

In a separate large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in raisins. Add to bran mixture, stirring until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
