½ cup - Margarine
½ cup - Oil
2 - Eggs
1 tsp - Vanilla
½ cup - Milk
4 tbsp - Cocoa
1 ¾ cup - White sugar
½ tsp - Baking powder
1 tsp - Baking soda
1 tsp - Salt
2 ½ cup - Flour
2 cups - Diced Zucchini ( I shred mine)
¼ cup - Chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Cream margarine, oil and sugar
2. Add eggs, vanilla and milk - Mix well
3. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture
4. Beat well
5. Add zucchini and chocolate chips
6. Pour into grease 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter
7. Bake at 350 for 40 – 45 minutes

I shred my zucchini and put in more like 3 cups (just makes it moister).
I also put in more chocolate chips. Throw a couple of handfuls in the batter and then sprinkle chips on top. Quite a bit more than ¼ Cup.
