1 - Large Head Cauliflower (or two small)
½ cup - Frank's Red Hot Sauce
½ cup - Olive Oil
1 tbsp - Garlic Powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut up cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place in a shallow baking dish.
3. Coat in Olive oil/ garlic and franks red hot sauce and mix.
4. Place in the oven for 25 min - 35 min depending on preference in softness.

When finished baking - broil on high for 7 minutes to crisp
the tips! I love the burnt taste!
