2 cups flour
3 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
¾ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
¼ cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Roll into balls, Dip in sugar and leave round - do not press down with fork. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
