1 cup water
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 instant vanilla pudding
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup cool whip
4 eggs
Powdered sugar - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in water. Mix baking powder and flour set aside. When butter is melted put flour in water and the butter mix - then take off the heat. Add one egg one at a time mix each egg well before adding the next. spoon on baking sheet. Bake at 450º for 15 min and then 350º for 15 min until golden brown. Let cool. Cut puff in the center not in half - leave back connected and fill with cream. Make 1 package of vanilla pudding using 1½ cups of milk instead of 2 cups add ½ cup cool whip in place of the other ½ of milk let thicken. Fill cream puffs add some powdered sugar and enjoy!
