1 chicken, cut up or any combination of cut up chicken
1 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in quart size plastic bag. Drop each piece of chicken in bag and shake to coat each piece with flour mixture. Melt butter in baking pan in 400 F. oven. Remove from oven and place chicken pieces skin side down in pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn chicken and bake until well browned, about 20 minutes more.
