Bottom Layer

1 Can of kidney beans (398 ml), drained
½ cup of sliced green onion
6 tbsp of salsa
2 tsp of parsley
1 tsp of white vinegar
1 tsp of chili powder
½ tsp of onion powder
½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder

Top Layer

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of grated monterey jack cheese
1 tsp of chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
BOTTOM LAYER mash kidney beans with fork in a medium bowl. Add next 9 ingredients. Mix well. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie plate or shallow casserole.
TOP LAYER have all 3 ingredients layered, in order given, over salsa mixture.
PREHEAT oven to 350º F.
BAKE for 30 minutes, uncovered.
