Molokhia Montana mafroma frozen
Dried Molokhia
Chicken or Meat
Seasoning :
Ginger zangabeel
All purpose seasoning
Lemon salt
Garlic salt
Cumulus kmoon
Lemon pepper
Seven spices
Complete seasoning
Smooth Coriander kzbarah
Tomato
Magi

Directions:
1.Cut the chicken or meat medium size then put water,vinegar, and lemon. Let it sit.

2. Cut the spinach and onion small.

3. In a medium pan put a little of olive oil then put the chicken and onion.

4. Add all the seasoning. Stir it for a little then add water. Let the water boil until things start coming out then take the dirty water out.

5. After 2 min add the two kind of Molokhia and add a little salt.

6. After you think it's almost ready put the spinach. And put tomato so the Molokhia would not look watery.

7. While waiting for it to be ready make the rice.

8. After 10 min turn it off and it's ready to eat
