1 Pillsbury© refrigerated pie crust, soften as directed on box
½ cup finely crushed garlic and butter croutons
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( 4 oz )
¼ lb smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 box (9 oz) Green Giant frozen chopped spinach , thawed, squeezed to drain
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled ( 1 cup )
4 eggs
1½ cups half and half
¼ tsp salt if desired
⅛ tsp pepper
8 cherry tomatoes

Heat oven to 350ºF
Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate or quiche dish as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie
Cover bottom of pie crust with crushed croutons; sprinkle with chedder cheese
Layer sausage slices on cheese; top with spinach, onion, and feta cheese
In a large bowl, beat eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper with wire whisk until well blended; slowly pour into pie crust
Bake 45 min
Cover crust edge with strips of foil
Bake 5 to 15 min longer or until knife comes out clean
Let stand 15 min before cutting.
Garnish with tomatoes
